Event Space

Lost + Found Cafe turns from a cafe during the day to an event space after dark. With 2500 square feet, 14 foot ceilings and a capacity of 150 guests, Lost + Found is perfect for your next event. Past events have included live music, speaking engagements, fundraisers, private gatherings, travel slide shows, dance parties, art openings, public markets and movie screenings. The cafe is also available for hire during the day depending on the event.

Room rental is based on number of hours that the cafe is needed for and is $320 for first two hours and $140 per hour afterward. A minimum two hours booking is required. The Cafe is available from closing time (5pm weekdays and 4pm weekends) till midnight. Room rental includes private use of the cafe and all amenities (sound system, furniture, video projector etc.), ,



Arrangement can be made in house for a selection and cold appetizers, please inquire for more details. Although full service catering and equipment rental is not available through the cafe, you are welcome to engage caterer and equipment rental of your choice.

Payment Schedule


Once a date has been confirmed for your private function, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of %40 of the rental fee is required to confirm your booking. It is possible to reschedule an event, depending on availability

Payment in full

If there is an outstanding balance, payment is required on the evening of the event unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking


All major credit cards, Debit cards or cheque are accepted.


Set-up time and Take-down time

The hours you book are to include set-up and take-down time as well. Larger set ups may be booked for the evening prior to the event.



Overtime due to client/vendors/contractors departing late will be billed at $120 per half hour.


Event Parking

There are several parking options within one block radius of the cafe, street parking is also available. Bus and skytrain stations are within walking distance. 


Past Events
